Everything went smooth. The recruiter was very friendly and fast at both replying and informing about your status throughout the whole process. There's a first phone interview screening with the recruiter where they gather more information about you, your personal values and your professional experience. After that, there's an interview with the Head of Content done via phone as well. In this interview, they get to know more in detail what is it that you do in your current position and share any other relevant experience. They also share more information about the company's mission, where they're at and what you'd be doing within the team. Both interviews were great experiences! The Airtable team seems like genuinely cool people who work hard towards an amazing vision of democratizing software creation. They do seem to still be figuring out stuff while keeping the growth, so I'd say it's a pretty good opportunity to join, give valuable ideas and help them achieve that mission :)
