Question 1
Questions were difficult to answer, because they were so vague. Then after asking for more detail, none was given. I tried to answer, but I don't think I did a good job becasue the follow up question would be something very simple like "What is a permission set"
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Airtable in Mar 2024
Interview
Someone referred me to the position, I had 2 interviews, the first interview seemed to go well, the second interview I didn't feel that I had the full attention of the person interviewing me. Their kid kept popping up on camera and it was incredibly distracting, they also seemed very distracted, there was a lot of noise going on in the background and I don't think they heard everything I was saying to them. Haven't heard back from them in 3 weeks and the job posting is now closed. I never received a rejection email or a response to my follow ups, they completely ghosted me.
