The very first part after sending your resume/info in they website, if selected you would receive an invitation for an online interview, this process has been well explained before so I will not go into detail, I will continue to briefly describe the in person interview:
It was a professional yet easy going and friendly process, at first you are a part of a group of candidates, about 15 in my case, it consists of a brief introduction by the Alaska interviewing team, followed by a concise introdution to the company and worker benefits, this takes about 1 hour.
After a 15 minute break the individual face to face interviews happen, mostly resume related and situational questions, about 8-10 questions, after this, you are sent back to the main room where the introductions happen.
If you are selected you have yet another interview, if not you would be dismissed. Continuing with the process, more situational questions are asked, it is important to be ready and have knowledge of customer service, another set of 10-12 questions, purely situational and a little computer related simple test that anyone with very basic knowledge of their website should pass easily, you are sent back to the main room.
If you are still selected you will receive a job offer.
