Interview
Submitted application online. Received email advising of video interview and to completed within 3 days. Received a phone call within 3 hours of completing the video interview to discuss in-person interview at Phoenix Airport Marriott Hotel. The in-person interview was scheduled to take place within 5 days. It started out with a group orientation where they provided information about the company, job expectations, and benefits. They then advised all potential employees of the time of their individual 1-on-1 interviews where your last 5 years of employment is discussed and why you want to work for an airline. In the second 1-on-1 interview, they asked you to book a flight on a laptop and asked basic questions that the answers came from their website. (They basically want to know if you are computer literate and if you can take initiative to find information on the website). The person then asked questions similar to the video interview. After waiting a few minutes, an HR representative comes for you and they will let you know whether you will be hired or not. If they feel you are not a good fit after the first interview, the person that comes to talk to you for the second interview will let you know that you will not be continuing in the process. I personally like this type of interview because it is efficient and before you leave, you know whether or not you will be hired.

Mass orientation/interview process, approx 50 attendees, 30min orientation then called for individual initial interview & typing test. I passed the typing test, but was not selected, and given zero feedback on my interview, only that I can apply again in 6months fir the same position or apply anytime for any other position. Very disappointed and confused. I met all qualifications and my answers were truthful and appropriate. I left the event very confused.
