      Reservation Sales Agent Interview

      Interview

I applied sometime in the middle of the week online and got an email the next day to do the digital interview. I've done this before (and didn't get the job) so I was a little more prepared for it. 7 general interview questions, I think two of them were multiple choice but the rest were video answers, 30 seconds to prepare for your answer once the question is prompted, 2 minutes to answer it. This is the main part where they rule out many applicants so this is your time to shine! Got a text/call 2 days later from the recruiter who just gave me a rundown of the position and responsibilities then he invited me to the group interview. DO NOT GET FREAKED OUT by "group" interview. I went in and there were at least 20 other people there with me. The first hour of the event was spent giving a thorough overview of the company and an in depth description of the job and a day on the job. Then they assigned everyone interview times in 30 minute increments but they ran through it pretty fast, my interview was 20 minutes earlier than The time they assigned me for. Typical interview questions, I would estimate it to about 10 questions but it was one on one but it was pretty smooth. Then I got sent back to the waiting area and they called me in the back to do the basic computer part and answer about 5-7 more interview questions by the actual supervisors at the location I applied for. The computer part is just so they know you can operate their website, very simple. The overall process was long but pretty chill. The recruiters kept telling all the candidates to calm down and breath. They just want to get to know you to make sure you're a good fit. It was awesome!

      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Alaska Airlines (Des Moines, WA) in Nov 2021

      Interview

Mass orientation/interview process, approx 50 attendees, 30min orientation then called for individual initial interview & typing test. I passed the typing test, but was not selected, and given zero feedback on my interview, only that I can apply again in 6months fir the same position or apply anytime for any other position. Very disappointed and confused. I met all qualifications and my answers were truthful and appropriate. I left the event very confused.
