You apply, you do a now not so new HireVue video interview, then you are invited to a group interview, and then you are split up during the group interview, then you are hired on the spot. You are required to take a drug test the day of the hiring so if you are dirty or if you smoke cigarettes you cannot be hired.

Mass orientation/interview process, approx 50 attendees, 30min orientation then called for individual initial interview & typing test. I passed the typing test, but was not selected, and given zero feedback on my interview, only that I can apply again in 6months fir the same position or apply anytime for any other position. Very disappointed and confused. I met all qualifications and my answers were truthful and appropriate. I left the event very confused.
