You are asked a scenario question and then challenged on the answer. You are also asked what job in the past you were most passionate about.

Filled out resume online was asked to do a video interview and then got an email to do a phone interview went through the phone interview and was asked why I left my previous employer was given the job pay scale and training information. Was then told the hiring manager would look at my file and decide if I would move to the in face interview that was happening next week. It looks like since I didn’t get an invitation to the end face interview they are not interested but we will see she said I would hear from her in the next day or two.
