I applied through Careerbuiler and then received a phone interview about 2 weeks later. I then was asked to participate in a video interview in which you were asked questions, then had 30 seconds to formulate your answer before recording started. In another week I was contacted by email to participate in an in-person interview (along with about 25 other people). I was interviewed by a senior team member and in another week offere a position.

Mass hiring event. First wait in line to hand in resume. Then sit in an auditorium and wait for your name to be called. Answer an array of questions. Be sent back to auditorium and see if get an offer.

Mass orientation/interview process, approx 50 attendees, 30min orientation then called for individual initial interview & typing test. I passed the typing test, but was not selected, and given zero feedback on my interview, only that I can apply again in 6months fir the same position or apply anytime for any other position. Very disappointed and confused. I met all qualifications and my answers were truthful and appropriate. I left the event very confused.
