American Diabetes Association Associate Manager interview questions

There were two intereviews. The first one included a script that was emailed and over the phone where about 2-3 individuals playing out the script as consumers who would call in. They wanted to hear your tone and see how you sounded on the phone. (You were not supposed to read the script word for word but study before and relay the information as best as possible). The second interview consisted of three individuals in a small office with different questions. Very simple. They wanted to know basic information such as reasons for wanting the job and how diabetes connects to the potential employee.

The communication process before the interview was very prompt. A date was set within a week of my application for the following week. The office was very relaxed and the other employees other than my interviewer seemed to be casually comfortable. The whole process lasted around 35 minutes, with questions ranging from why I was interested in the company to how they were revamping their system and each position would have different responsibilities in the past. Salary was brought up only to mention that my requested number was higher than they paid and no other number was given as a replacement.
