The interview process was great. The initial interview was a phone call with Katie, who is fantastic at what she does. Her energy and enthusiasm, as well as her detail of everything to expect throughout the process was exciting as candidate. The second interview was a panel interview via "Teams" with 4 different leadership team members. I was impressed with this interview because of the conversational aspect and free flowing nature of the conversation. Often times it's difficult to have that in a panel interview. The final interview was with the VP of the Educational line of business. He was great. The purpose of this interview is to see if the culture fit is good, as well as providing a little more insight about myself.

The talent acquisition team is very professional and kind! They took the time to learn more about me and my experience to ensure that the position I was applying for was a great fit! I appreciate the process being explained to me in great detail. I received feedback through the process giving me updates on next steps.
