This included a couple of initial phone calls with the recruitment team. Followed by a teams call as the formal interview this was due to corona virus and face to face meetings not being possible

Interview
Split into a group and individual interview. Individual questions are based on their core values and are situational. Individual interview is finished off by presenting dissertation/group project to interviewers. Group is based on scenario, where you have to rank and rationalise items based on given situation.
