I applied online and was offered an interview in store within a few days. Standard questions about previous experience and availability hours were asked. I was also required to go onto the shop floor and complete a short role play task, this included pointing out how presentation of products on the shelves could be improved and speaking to customers. I received an offer at the end of the interview.

A 60 minute long interview that consisted of questions about why I wanted to work at boots and the second part was seeing how I approach tasks on the shop floor.
