When I first entered I went to the lady at the till who brought me upstairs to see the general manager. She was very welcoming and took me into her office. She asked about me and why I wanted to work at boots and a few other general interview questions. Once that was completed she took a scan of my passport and then showed me to the shop floor of which she asked me to hand out shopping baskets to anyone who seemed to be carrying lots and then we returned upstairs for any questions I had for her. The interview was really easy, she was a lovely comforting person and it lasted around 30 minutes
