Interview
A fairly short chat, asked a few questions about what I wanted to do + why, then had a look at different frames, prescriptions and asked to explain the difference between each.
First I had to do an online assessment. Then I was called for an interview. On the day, I was asked to wait in the room and then the interviewer arrived with an assistant to make notes

I was invited for an interview and interviewed by the owner and another manager of two branches. They were so friendly and welcoming and really made the interview process simple.
