A fairly short chat, asked a few questions about what I wanted to do + why, then had a look at different frames, prescriptions and asked to explain the difference between each.

The interview was fairly relaxed and straightforward. The manager explained that she wanted it to be as informal as possible - which definitely calmed my nerves! The questions were standard customer service based ones e.g. when have you dealt with a difficult customer? Are you a good team player? Etc.
