Telephone roleplay interview- called on time, checked i was ok with working hours, if i had any holidays, then started the roleplay. you are given a hint sheet to help you with the roleplay. it was all fairly straight forward, and just seemed like they wanted to see your telephone manor was nice.

Interview
Sat in reception with around 15 others, whilst my ID was checked and got visitor badge. Then separated and did a quick tour with some others. Then a 10 minute IT task based on keyboard shortcuts, but only really takes a couple of minutes. Then taken to wait in reception until taken into interview. Asked to tell them about yourself, followed by 2 questions, then you can ask any yourself.
