Firstly had to crate an account with them, filling out usual questions, then i got emailed an assessment form to fill out with hypothetical questions and personality questions. Obviously didn’t do too well at this because I was told I was unsuccessful, to be fair I expected this though because I found the questions quite difficult.

Interview
Applied online- Application was basic and straight forward
Situation Test - Asked the usual, pretty easy
Interview- Asked competency questions about motivations, how you stay motivated and how you help others stay motivated. They then asked me to tell them about any product in boots and why I like it. After this they took me on to the shop floor to see how I would interact with customers. One of the staff members role played as a customer and asked me for a specific product which i had to find in the store.

Quick, efficient. I applied online. I heard back from them within a week inviting me for an interview . I then went for the interview which was approx. thirty minutes and was sent home afterwards.
