It was very quick and short. It was a telephone interview and focused only on if you had any previous retail experience. The person interviewing was in a rush and quite straight to the point focusing on experience and availability.

The process was super easy. It was a 1-1 interview with you potential line manager who just asked general situational based questions. Just be super bubbly and talkative. Also completed a situational judgment test prior to this.

Interview
The interview process was fairly easy. I completed the application form online and was then sent a situational judgment test which took about 20-30 minutes to complete, then proceeded to the interview stage! Overall the interview went well!
