I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Brooks Brothers in Mar 2012
Interview
My initial interview lasted well over an hour with many detailed questions being asked but nothing really out of the ordinary. After the formal interview process I was taken on a tour of the store and given a brief run down of the product. I was told that I would be contacted by the district manager for a second interview. After several days I received a phone call from the district manager. We set up a time to do an over the phone interview which also lasted over an hour. I was then sent an email, without any prior warning that I would be receiving one, to go take a drug test for employment. I took the test, passed and was called again several days later with a job offer.

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Brooks Brothers (Kansas City, KS) in Oct 2017
Interview
Pretty easy process. I applied online and received an email from the store manager the same night. After an exchange of a couple of emails, we set up a face to face interview. Fairly informal, with the intent of getting to know you. Discussed experience, expectations, etc. Very nice guy. Seemingly well run store. Under different circumstances (higher rate of pay) I think it would have been a good opportunity.
