Call Control Customer Service (CSR) interview questions

The interview process consisted of a few different assessments, system testing, and telephone interviews. Some assessments were done and submitted along with my application and more assessments were given as the next step following my application. Then my computer system had to be tested. Next I had 1 phone interview with the HR Rep and after qualifying on that interview, I was told that the VP would be calling to schedule my 2nd interview with him I passed that interview just fine and was offered a position on that call.

The phone interview process took about ten minutes. I had a conversation with the VP and it was rather easy questions. I then had to write a lengthy email about why they should hire me. They then emailed me back stating that I was hired but was going to start the next month for training and that I had to buy my own headset.
