Contact from HR was through a generic inbox and recruitment process included three rounds with a "day on the job" at the end. Was kept in touch throughout the process.
Kind people and well organized.

Question 1
Situational questions, MS office experience, what would you do in this situation type questions
I applied online. I interviewed at Case IQ (Ottawa, ON)
Interview
1st: Informal interview with a VP, which went very well.
2nd: A meeting with another VP who didn't show up and I ended up interviewing with the same VP as previous. He didn't have any additional questions than the first interview. I was also told there would be a personality assessment test (Caliper) which I was provided a link to access after the interview.
3rd: Same VP met up with me to give me the results of the test. They decided not to move forward based on the test alone, which I was shocked at. The test showed my introverted side (which read as 'not customer friendly') when in reality I've held client facing positions before and after. This 3rd interview was basically them making blanket statements about the results from the test while I defended myself. VERY negative experience and I walked out of there glad I didn't get the job. Terrible terrible terrible experience and would not recommend i-Sight to anyone.

Question 1
Caliper personality test which they should not trust as it will weed out possible good candidates.
Yikes! That doesn’t sound like the candidate experience we are looking to give to our prospective employees. We really appreciate the feedback however, it sounds like your interview took place almost 2 years ago or more. At i-Sight, we have not run caliper tests for our candidates since about February of 2016 because we agree with you that these tests can sometimes not show the full picture.
We have made a lot of changes to our interview process in the last few years, and hope to have the chance to meet with you again in the future.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Case IQ (Ottawa, ON)
Interview
I was invited to two interview rounds with this company. I'm not sure if this is the norm since they were in a hurry to find someone and make a decision. The first round was with a manager in HR. The second round was with the President and two VP's. No behavioral questions. Each interview was more of a conversation.
