Case IQ Dev interview questions

During the face to face interview, they asked about my previous experience/job. Then one of the interviewers looked down on me and made an unpleasant comment when he found out I was working at a fast food chain. He even laughed at me thinking his joke was funny. From there, my interest to continue applying was gone. Didn't continue on the next process. If their interviewers are that derogatory, imagine the rest of them. I'd rather go back to wiping tables and chairs than get insulted/laughed at by a company like this. And they bragged about how they have the whole floor for themselves. Not worth it. Also, their salary offer is below the average in Ottawa. So there is not a single reason to work for this company. I'm glad I looked for other opportunities and got hired by a mid-size firm with very respectful managers and employees....and a decent salary too. My advice is to don't settle immediately. Observe the company carefully, read reviews, about their culture, history, vision and especially their employees. Beware of this company.
