I applied online, and it took 2 weeks. No phone interview, just onsite. They will ask you to write two coding questions, very very easy. Then one week after, they will give you background check.
First round interview with HR. It was a fairly casual meeting and focused mostly on non technical questions like "how would you approach X situation" or definitions of computer science terms.
Had interview at i-sight. The interviewers seemed very friendly and the conversation went well. Did excellent on their JavaScript questions. Answered all their questions perfectly. However, got rejected with no feedback whatsoever.
