Case IQ Web Developer interview questions

First Step. Showed up for the first interview to meet with their Director of Development who was not able to attend. The interview was intended to be more of personality assessment to try get a feel for who I am and if I would be a good fit for the company. As the person I was supposed to meet with was unavailable there was a Lead Developer sent instead who had no clue who I was or even what questions to ask. Completely unprepared. I had to basically run the interview myself. The interview itself did go well and I did enjoy talking meeting him and other employees I met while waiting. Second Step. A Caliper Assessment (similar to DISC) was then sent to me to complete and send back. After doing so I was told I was not a good fit for the company based on this test. I find it very disappointing and subjective given the fact I did not even meet with this person but they were able to have my character and personality judged from a very short test. Very unprofessional in my opinion.
