I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Cencora (Fort Mill, SC) in May 2018
Interview
Okay so first I applied & got an email requesting a phone interview which was really just a phone call telling me about the position. After that I received an email for an on-site interview later that week. The interview went really well. The guy I interviewed with was really cool & he made me really comfortable. The interview was more conversational. He asked questions pertaining to the job but also asked questions to get to know me & how I would be able to do the job effectively with the experience I had. By the way I had no experience whatsoever. He told me that he would recommend them to hire me. So after I interviewed I followed up & I didn’t hear anything until a week & a half later. I was told that they picked another candidate. I was very upset because I felt that my interview went so well. I decided to follow up on that email asking for feedback on my interview & resume for future reference. About 3-4 hours later I received an email saying they wanted to do a second interview. I was ecstatic. I scheduled my second interview & it went okay. I interviewed with a different guy that was harder to read. I wasn’t sure if I had gotten the position or not. Later that day I got a phone call offering me the position!
