3 Interviews over a 6 week process. Phone screen, Video Interview, then on site / tour and interview. Feedback provided during last interview was offer would be extended following Monday. Follow up emails sent for preceding 2 weeks with no response. Finally received a response of decision to go internal. I had to send multiple email to get a decision. A real lack of professionalism and can understand why they have difficulty hiring good people.

Tell me about how you would be a good fit for the position?
Short, not hard however I felt that it was just a courtesy interview as they had already decided who they were going to hire. I spoke with the recruiter for 25 minutes the hiring manager the next day for about 10 minutes.

Interview was very clinical, no personal questions or introductions.
Very standard canned questions listed on the interview sheet.
Interview was not scheduled to have time to learn about anything
Hiring manager seemed more interested in attending a conference call than hiring the position.
