3 Interviews over a 6 week process. Phone screen, Video Interview, then on site / tour and interview. Feedback provided during last interview was offer would be extended following Monday. Follow up emails sent for preceding 2 weeks with no response. Finally received a response of decision to go internal. I had to send multiple email to get a decision. A real lack of professionalism and can understand why they have difficulty hiring good people.
