Very well organized with significant thought to process. Met lots of different levels and people. Recommend being prepared for presentations. Questions asked were thoughtful and really focused on the individual.

Travelled to Dallas for all-day interviews with five Directors and the hiring manager. Focused on technical skill and experience with relationship building in addition to cultural fit. Very professional team of leaders. Interview was a good experience.

The process took nearly six months. HR played "good cop, bad cop." It took the HR team a long time to get the offer together. Indicative of an overall terrible HR department. Onboarding consisted of sitting in a conference room by myself and filling out a few papers. No company history, no values, nothing.
