Centivo Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Disorganized. Confusing. Poor communication. No timelines. Was set up for interview meetings. Questions were average. They didn't seem to know what had been asked of me since I got a few questions several times without acknowledgement that they were repeats. The organization has few people, yet I was confused about who was reaching out to me at different points over the process. No sense of time horizon in the process -- it seemed my need or desire for a decision was not on their radar.
