As a growing company, many processes were still evolving, which sometimes created confusion and inconsistency. Communication between departments could be improved, especially when new employer groups or process changes were introduced. Advancement opportunities were somewhat limited depending on department and business needs. Overall, I enjoyed the experience I gained and the relationships I built.
