Charles Taylor interview questions

I had an HR Interview first on the telephone lasting about an hour which looked whether I understood and met the job specification at core competency level. This included whether I fitted into the organisation. In addition there were questions to ensure that I had checked out the website and even business partner websites. This was followed by an interview with COO in person which was to ensure I understood the Project Lifecycle

3 rounds of interviews. Telephone interviews first, followed by in person meetings and interview with staff from / in Houston and London and Calgary. The company is international so approval process required sign off from staff in Houston, Calgary and London before formal job offer could be made.
