Co-op Customer Team Member (CTM) interview questions

Generic conversation about why coop and experiences you have that align with the role. You are also given a brief history of the coop and how it started. One on one interview with either the store manager or team leader. Availability also discussed during interview.

45 minute interview. First 10 minutes getting to know you. Next 25 minutes are 5 behavioural questions where you are expected to give detailed examples. Last 10 minutes are what to expect from the job including benefits.
