The interview process was very thorough! It started with a phone interview that was more of a conversation to make sure that ConstructConnect was going to be a good fit for what i was looking for. After that was decided we moved on to the in person interview process. This allowed me to meet several team members within the business and allowed me to start building my network.

this is a normal interview process with random questions that at the same for most other interviews. There is nothing special about this process and it feels random. Not much else to say about the process.
