Interview
Interview #1 - Phone screen Interview #2 - Hiring manager Interview #3 - HR & other higher up. LONG wait like 5 weeks. Another recruiter reached out via email to set up a "2nd interview". Weird but ok nothing else was panning out so let's just see what happens. They ask me if I am still available and say it was a mistake the interview set up but they will get back to me the next week. Too bad they didn't have the courtesy to say then and there that they were not going to offer me the role. Rather they wait another week until I email a follow up with a generic email. If the culture at this company is anything like how they treated a candidate then I'm happy to not get an offer. There were red flags everywhere being that not one person that interviewed me had been with the company longer than 6 months. And the pay range was longer than any other on the market. I was told they'd hire from areas with a lower cost of living so they can get away with the low salary.
