I had a phone screen first. I found it quite useful as it helped me to get an overview about the company, its vision and processes.
Meeting with the HR was the next step and we had a more detailed conversation about my past experiences, skills and knowledge. The final stage was a panel interview where I met a number of folks from the company. All of them were friendly and had a positive attitude. I liked the fact that they were pretty straightforward in their answers.

Interview
I was originally thinking of applying as a sales representative, but later decided to apply for a managerial position. The initial contact was via phone, and was asked if I could come for a formal interview. The recruiter who I spoke with was professional and knowledgeable. I believe she too had a sales background, and was very targeted with her questions. The interview was under 30 minutes. I was then asked if I was really interested in the position, which I said yes. There was the standard paperwork to be filled out. After a few days, they called me with an offer.

Interview
The initial step was a video interview. Then I was asked to complete a test related to my role as a Sales Manager. The test was interesting and well-thought-out. It was obvious the company put a lot of time and effort to find out whether the candidates are competent. The best part of the entire process was the face-to-face interview, which helped me understand the company's specific requirements. A few days later, they contacted me with an offer.

First started with the video-recorded interview, followed up shortly by admin to the CEO (who was clearly new at her job and had NO idea how to do an interview). Followed up by a "test" where I had to answer questions regarding my management style and also submit/visualize a report for the CEO.
