Credible Behavioral Health Software Sales Manager interview questions

The initial step was a video interview. Then I was asked to complete a test related to my role as a Sales Manager. The test was interesting and well-thought-out. It was obvious the company put a lot of time and effort to find out whether the candidates are competent. The best part of the entire process was the face-to-face interview, which helped me understand the company's specific requirements. A few days later, they contacted me with an offer.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 10 days. I was interviewed at Credible Behavioral Health Software (Rockville, MD) in March 2017. I had a phone screen first. I found it quite useful as it helped me to get an overview about the company, its vision and processes. Meeting with the HR was the next step and we had a more detailed conversation about my past experiences, skills and knowledge. The final stage was a panel interview where I met a number of folks from the company. All of them were friendly and had a positive attitude. I liked the fact that they were pretty straightforward in their answers.
