Interview
For 17 bucks an hour, these people expect Professional employees. I should have known better, I looked at it like a way to start somewhere in the organization, but I was wrong, they want robots who act like they are in a "pharmacy type job" yet want to paya few bucks over min wage. I cant see this company having a bright future, for the time being and a lot of people being suckers, yes, not in the long run.

Question 1
What is your favorite color, how "controllable" are you (AKA - are you just a robot?), name a time that you did something important, what makes you think you're suitable for the position, how will you handle yourself surrounded by unknown workers that are about to "mass" fired. It goes on.
Simple group interview, they pretty much just hand you an offer letter since the turnover is so high. They ask you simple questions. It’s very very very easy. Like super easy.

Phone interview followed by a virtual interview. Easy process no hard questions, just wanted to be sure I was Delco enough to work there. I was also asked if I had tough skin and the ability to see things from a different prospective due to patients having medical conditions.
