Dickson interview questions

From start to finish the interview process was a wonderful experience. The first part of the phone interview took the entire 30 minutes that we were allowed to go for, and I felt as if we could have even spoke more. The in person interview was even better. When I sat down with Chris and Meredith they made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Meredith answered all of my questions to my satisfaction and was extremely honest with all of her answers, which was very appreciated on my part. Overall it was not too difficult of an interview and very low stress. They then let me sit down with some of the employees that work in the position that I was applying for. I was able to ask them any questions I wanted to without Meredith or Chris in the room.

The hiring and interviewing process was easy, but thorough. They did a great job of answering all of my questions and also allowing me to meet privately with differently individuals in the company to find out what their job was like. I did not feel rushed and it was clear they wanted to get a good sense of both my personality and if I would be a good fit for the company. They look for professionalism, motivation, and a likable personality among other obvious qualities desired for a sales professional.
