I applied through a recruiter. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at East West Bank (San Francisco, CA) in Dec 2017
Interview
First contacted by an outside recruiter through LinkedIn, very nice lady, was willing to accomodate my university schedule to schedule an on-site interview
Interviewed with the FVP in San Francisco branch-- went over every single detail in my resume (I have to admit I have never done that before so I was a bit unprepared) but she was a nice lady
Recruiter says that HR will be sending an online assessment for me to take. It's been almost 3 weeks since I met with the FVP and since hearing about the online assessment but I still have not received it. Also heard that they got my email address wrong but how can you get that wrong? Unprofessional.
Taking too long to receive the assessment so I'm doubtful that they want to hire me and I've lost interest as well.
This position is pretty much the same as a bank teller and I've heard horror stories about the customer service at EWB.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at East West Bank (San Gabriel, CA) in Nov 2014
Interview
I've submitted my resume on a job seek site. I've applied online with East West Bank. Their human resource saw my resume and contacted me offering me a job. I, first had to take a test on cash handling and an assessment on customer service. Once I've passed East West Bank's human resource referred me to the branch that needed employee. I've went in for an interview at the San Gabriel Branch and the original branch manager was very please with me and offered me the position.
