First applied online and I got a quick call from HR. They they sent me a link to finish the assessment. After few days, they schedule an appointment for in person interview. After that, the HR call me and give me oral offer, when confirm with my welling they send the final offer to me.

Question 1
This role need cash handling experience, sales experience and customer service skills. They have asked for examples when dealing conflicts with managers. Also they asked for examples of an experience to solve problems for customers. why you chose our company?

There are two interviews from the regional manager and the branch manager. One is in person in one of their branch, another one is via phone call. Also requied to answer online Behavioral Questions

first there was a phone interview after i applied 2 days. then a BM interview. The interview questions were all normal. the whole interview process was smooth. there was nothing special.
