Phone interview, hours of personality tests and cognitive ability/ coding knowledge and finally an all day interview (several 1v1s, presentation, tour, info sessions). Way to long for them to just heard a group of 10-15 people for a few jobs.

Interview
First submitted info at an undergraduate job fair. Then had a wonderful phone interview. Took the intense online test (another company watches you via Skype as you complete four phases). Received a rejection, but was then flown out a few weeks later for an on-campus interview. Met with multiple personal, took a case study for each position and completed a presentation for the PM position. Received rejection.
