30 minute "role introduction," something I haven't seen many companies do and to me is kind of pointless. Guy gave several red flag references that to me hinted at a very poor work life balance. Then 3 hours of testing with ridiculous logistical questions - some are reasonable but it was really frustrating to spend 3 hours on an assessment, get denied, all without a real interaction or conversation with a human. I think it goes to show that they don't value company culture - of course intelligence is important but there is more than one type of intelligence and the way they test it does not take interpersonal skills or work ethic into account very well. I have also heard from people living in Madison that they hire large cohorts, work them to the bone, have high turnover, and hire another round of cohorts the next year.
