There were around 5-6 rounds and for one of the rounds I had to fly to Hyderabad for which the tickets were paid for and nothing else. I had a healthy discussion with the Manager and even with the client. After reaching back I had sent many mails and tried contacting them many times but they just ignored and one fine day they picked up and said the position is no more. But after a few weeks later I got an mail from the same HR from Naukri that there is vacancy for Java Developer. This is crazy as it sounds as if they could not offer the candidate a job offer even after these many interview process and had told me that I am selected and let me hanging in the process. It's very unethical by the recruiter and the recruitment team. Giving false hope is very ridiculous. I hope it's not repeated with someone else.
