Flipp Operation Coordinator interview questions

I got an email regarding phone interview. They rearranged the time once and then called on time. It took about 15 minutes. It was in general a good experience. Just typical experience questions. They don't seem to be very interested.

I had a horrible experience with them. I had applied for Flipp recently and I got an email to schedule a phone interview on their calendar. I did that and scheduled interview at 3 pm on one of the days. The day of interview I emailed the person again, just to confirm the phone interview. she replied, "Yes, thank you for your email" at 12.30 pm. I take the half day off from my work and go to home so that I can talk with concentration. I waited and got no call. At 3:15 pm I got an email from her co-worker asking to reschedule because she is sick. I had to reschedule with Matt, and I emailed him to confirm the interview. "No-reply' The day of interview, he called and started asking regular interview questions. I have done a bunch of interviews and this has been the dullest interviewer I had faced. Most of the answers he replied with; 'For - sure' . Tell me why you want to work with Flipp. After my answer he replied: 'For sure'. Who replies for sure to that? I could tell he sounded a bit tired and interview was just becoming one sided, as all his questions were one-liner and answers : 'For sure'. So, I wanted to lighten it up and added some Soccer analogy about team work and hard work. He replied (you've guessed it right) , 'For sure'. At the end, he asked me if I had any questions and I asked him about company principles . He literally read the paragraph from the website and he was saying it so fast that you can tell he did not mean a single word. Anyways, next day I got a typical copy paste message about how he appreciates the offer and all. How can someone who hates their job be asked to interview someone else?
