Floqast takes a seemingly unstructured approach. There isn't a lot of clarity in and about the interview process like I've had at other companies. If you like companies and processes with structure I would take in consideration how Floqast conducts their interviews as it is a direct reflection of who they are. The process was all very vague which was not for me.
