1 recruiter screen, 2 phone interviews then a half day onsite interview. Interviewers were friendly and office was easy to find. Process was disorganized. At one point I got an email telling me they lost the CTO ahead of a phone screen. Later in the week, Recruiter called and emailed to tell me they were preparing an offer. On Friday I spoke again with recruiter to check in good faith if they would be making one as I needed to extend and risk losing other offers on the table. He affirmed they would. At 2am on Saturday, the CTO emailed me to inform they would not be making an offer as I wasn't looking for an individual contributor role. This is something I stressed several times before coming onsite to avoid wasting my time but they managed to waste a combined day of my time anyway and the recruiting team seemingly acted in bad faith. If they were still deciding that should have been communicated.
