I gave this company the benefit of the doubt when it came to their interview process. There is a 30 minute initial phone screening, followed by an hour assignment to be completed, then a 3 hour video interview with a 6 person panel. I had the opportunity to make it through all 3 steps of the process. They said they would follow up shortly after, I emailed them twice for an update, and they didn't reply for 2 weeks. By that time I accepted another offer and moved on, as I couldn't keep waiting. I WOULD THINK TWICE ABOUT GOING THROUGH THE 3 HOUR INTERVIEW BEFORE DOING IT. I would not do it again given their horrible response rate, and inability to update candidates who have made it that far in a timely manner.
