3 phone screens and a final presentation with the team. Phone screens were pretty routine and a little repetitive but everyone was very friendly and presented the company in a good light. However, the presentation was less than ideal. Too many people on the call (7) and despite it needing to be “conversational” (their words), participation fell flat. So many people, and yet trying to get some audience participation was like pulling teeth. Everyone asked at least one question, but there was no conversation or interaction with my answers at all. Unfortunate end to what was otherwise a decent interview process. They also include this blurb in the rejection email which read a little odd to me - “Even though it is not our policy to discuss candidate specific feedback, we can point you towards our candidate expectations as listed in the posting.”
