The interview process took 3 weeks. A phone screening with HR (informational), an interview with the IT Director (behavioral and case-based), and four 30min interviews back-to-back with different team members (technical and behavioral). Overall, positive experience. The team was engaging and easy-going. Interviews were structured and organized. Only feedback for improvement is for HR to be more transparent with candidates on their status; Do not insinuate that they will get an offer, then send a generic denial email weeks later.
