Initial interview was fine, typical technical interview with a split between questions and a coding exercise. After passing that, a 3 hour "On-site" interview which consists of 4 different 45 minute interviews for a total of 5 interviews! Two of them included more coding exercise (Unrelated to our line of work of course), one of them held by someone who shouldn't be interviewing candidates. Complete overkill with too many individuals in the interview process. Finally after giving them 4 hours of my time, I called the recruiter back for feedback to just be completely ghosted.
